For us it’s not just a tagline but how we conduct our business. During this season of giving, the Assurance group is partnering with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey in order to help feed the hungry. During the months of November and December we will be conducting an online fundraiser. For every dollar that is donated we plan to match and contribute to the Community Food Bank. We are asking everyone to join us in meeting our online goal of $2,500 to help fight hunger and support our neighbors in need! Won’t you join us in this?
Did you know? For every $1 dollar that is donated equals 3 meals and 1.2 pounds of food!
About the Community Food Bank of New Jersey
The Community Food Bank of New Jersey (CFBNJ), a member of Feeding America®, has been delivering food, help and hope across the state for over 45 years. Last year, CFBNJ provided nutritious food for more than 85 million meals through its network of over 800 community partners including pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters, mobile pantries, and child and senior feeding programs. For our hungry neighbors, CFBNJ is the powerful agent of change that fills the emptiness caused by hunger and provides resources that are essential to earning a sustainable living.
