Sr. Vice President – Sales & Brand Strategy
Leading wellness brand is seeking a a strategic and results-driven Sr. Vice President of Sales & Brand Strategy to lead new growth initiatives across retail, e-commerce, consumer health, and partnerships. The Sr. Vice President of Sales & Brand Strategy will be responsible for sourcing and closing deals that accelerate the reach, unlock new revenue streams, and expand the product ecosystem into new markets and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and lead strategic partnerships across wholesale, e-commerce, consumer health, and corporate wellness.
- Develop business cases and negotiate contracts with key partners, platforms, and distributors.
- Explore and manage B2B and B2B2C partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Finance to execute on partnership goals.
- Track performance metrics, partner success, and pipeline ROI.
- Explore, strategize, and execute on new organic product and category expansions.
Must have:
- 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or growth strategy roles — ideally in consumer health, wellness, CPG, or e-commerce.
- Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close strategic deals.
- Strong commercial instincts, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep knowledge of retail, e-commerce, and consumer health business models.
- Self-starter with high ownership, curiosity, and entrepreneurial energy.
