Our client, a rapidly growing Orthopedic group, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join the team. In this role, you’ll help patients restore mobility, improve strength, and achieve independence through personalized rehabilitation programs. You’ll collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver top-quality care and support patients through every step of their recovery.

Key Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:

Evaluate patients’ medical histories and conduct physical examinations to determine treatment needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, and functional goals.

Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modern modalities to assist patient recovery.

Educate patients and families on at-home care techniques, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies.

Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document patient records accurately.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other providers to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families.

Ability to design and adapt treatment plans for diverse patient needs.

Previous experience in a Physical Therapist role (minimum 1 year)
