A high-growth life sciences services company is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to lead multi-site facility, utility, and maintenance operations. This hands-on leadership role will oversee critical systems including high-pressure steam boilers, compressed air, WFI/purified water, HVAC, and ISO-classified cleanroom environments. The Facility Manager will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, support audits and validations, manage vendors and capital projects, and help standardize best practices across sites.
The Facility Manager will have:
• 5–10+ years of facilities management experience in a regulated environment
• Strong technical knowledge of utilities, HVAC, cleanrooms, and manufacturing support systems
• Experience with cGMP, FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, OSHA, CMMS, and IQ/OQ/PQ processes
• Proven leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
• Multi-site experience preferred
• CFM, FMP, PE, or energy management experience is a plus
