Warehouse Manager – Night Shift
Our Client needs a hands-on, experienced leader with at least 5 years in 3PL, warehousing, transportation, and personnel management. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a track record of driving operational improvements. You’ll spend time on-site in multiple warehouses, ensuring top-notch performance, safety, and customer service.
Position Details
- Direct Hire | Salary: Up to $90k/year (based on experience)
- Benefits: Eligible after 90 days (paid time off, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with match). Value of more than 35% of gross pay.
- Pre-employment: Application, background check, and drug/alcohol screening required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead night shift operations across one warehouse site.
- Mentor and motivate supervisors, team leaders, and staff.
- Analyze KPIs and streamline logistics processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee documentation for HR and operational reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and transportation regulations.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership on performance and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business).
- 5+ years in 3PL/warehousing/transportation leadership roles (bonded warehouse experience a plus).
- Must have experience managing up to 20 employees
- Strong people-management and decision-making skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Reliable transportation required.
