Sales Coordinator

Designer and manufacturer of textiles is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator.   The Sales Coordinator will assist assigned Sales Representatives and Management in developing new accounts, qualifying these accounts, preparing price and delivery quotations, and sending literature and samples.  Coordinate assigned orders, required labeling, bills of lading, freight rates and arrangements.  Follow up and communicate with reps regarding orders, vendors, and suppliers.  Handle complaints and returned goods, log information, and invoice orders.

The Sales Coordinator will have prior customer service experience, inventory management, and manufacturing/warehouse experience a plus.  Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and excellent communication skills.
