Regulatory Manager

Cosmetic manufacturer is seeking a Regulatory Manager to lead their regulatory team across many company disciplines by reviewing new and existing raw material technologies against global compliance requirements.

The Regulatory Manager will be responsible for:

· Review all R&D formulations for global regulatory compliance.

· Create Ingredient Listing for cosmetics and OTC products.

· Review the Compliance documents.

· Review and enter all of the Regulatory information for each of the coded ingredients into our new Database ( Coptis ). Be familiar how to use excel, word and similar databases.

· Review the safety and micro documentations.

· Review and approve the final claims on the packaging.

· Understand the regulatory requirements for color, skincare and OTC formulations.

· Enter and update the Restricted Lists for each of our current customers.

· Provide assessment for each ingredient in terms of storage, shelf life and HMIS/GHS codes.

· Provide training for all R&D, QC, Engineering for all the upcoming regulatory changes

The Regulatory Manager must have:

·   Contract manufacturing experience

·   Leadership experience

·   Regulatory experience

·   Cosmetic / personal care / OTC industry experience
