Recruiters
The ASSURANCE group, a well-established search and staffing firm located in New Jersey is looking to expand and is seeking established Recruiters to join our team. This commission driven position will be predominantly focused on executive search and on growing your own book of business with clients in your chosen area of specialty.
Open to candidates throughout the US who are interested in working remotely and have established contacts in their area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all components of the recruitment cycle including sourcing (clients and candidates), detailed job order compilation, candidate assessment, interviewing processes, offer negotiation, and follow-up at all stages
- Maintain a pipeline of potential placements that is consistently large enough to meet monthly requirements
- Successfully source and sign recruitment agreements with new clients on a consistent basis in accordance with established base requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and current clients and potential candidates
- Actively develop a network from which appropriate referrals can be sourced
- Screen candidates to ensure their backgrounds and qualifications match client requirements
- Effectively work with other team members in a manner that maintains individual achievement while promoting the success of all professionals involved and the company as a whole
- Keep accurate information regarding all facets of your search assignments. This includes salary information, skills, essential background statistics, and numerous other items of importance
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience with a search firm and responsibility for business development
- Must have an established book of business within your specialty area
- Energetic self-starter who is willing and able to function autonomously a great deal of the time
- Ability to effectively deal with rejection, unforeseen circumstances, and often demanding situations and people with a positive, undeterred demeanor
- Strong problem solving, decision-making, and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to listen is also of utmost importance
- Strong organizational, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills
