Licensing Manager

Leader in supplying and manufacturing youth sports apparel is seeking a Licensing Manager to be responsible to submit, track, and communicate submissions of styles to the appropriate license.  Communicate approvals and rejections to cross-functional teams and follow up on revisions and resubmittals.

The Licensing Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing compliance to contractual rights and approvals are executed.
• Work closely with the brand team on right lists and royalty rates.
• Track and approve or reject strike offs and production details from various vendors and factories.
• Communicate errors, revisions and various corrections that need to be made to vendors before factories can proceed with production of styles.
• Point person to collect all data to execute contracts and procurement of rights.
• Create submission files and proof prior to submission

The Licensing Manager must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Can work independently and in a team environment.  Excellent Excel skills and experience using a MAC and Illustrator.  Salary range for this position is $65,000 $75,000/yr.
