Exciting opportunity for a Junior Packaging Designer to own packaging and merchandising design for growing line of consumer hard goods sold in major retail channels.

What you’ll do:
- Design retail packaging for hard goods — cartons, blister packs, clamshells, sleeves, inserts
- Build merchandising assets — PDQs, sidekicks, endcaps, shippers, and planogram visuals
- Adapt designs for mass, drug, grocery, club, and specialty retailers
- Prepare print-ready files and dielines; manage vendor handoffs
- Partner daily with our Product and Sales teams to bring new SKUs to shelf
What you bring:
- 3–5+ years designing retail packaging for hard goods/CPG
- Portfolio showing work that has shipped to national retail
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Strong command of dielines, prepress, CMYK/Pantone, print production
- Instinct for shelf impact — understand the 3 feet / 3 seconds / 3 inches rule
- Fast, organized, and ship-ready
- Experience with Walmart, Target, CVS, or club channels
- Amazon A+ content / e-commerce packaging fluency
- 3D rendering (Keyshot, Dimension, Blender)
- POP/POS display design
