Import Coordinator

Established apparel company is seeking an Import Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience of overseeing and coordinating shipments from start to finish.  The Import Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

  • Follow up on receiving shipments from overseas 3 PL’s warehouses
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Update Buying team with any important claims information
  • Track freight from shipment to delivery into warehouse
  • Coordinate transfers within warehouse
  • Handle invoices (receiving, warehouse, storage)
  • Fill out import documentation and other import duties as needed

Import Coordinator must be detailed oriented, organized, and a team worker.  If you have an understanding of freight information, shipping & receiving routes, and have import experience please send resume in MS Word format for immediate consideration.
