Health Care Recruiting Manager

Seeking a Health Care Recruiting Manager to work with an established private pay home health care company located in NYC.  The highly qualified and experienced Recruitment Manager will lead and supervise a team of 6-10 recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in private pay home health care and possess at least 3 years of managerial experience.  This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent, particularly licensed HHAs (Home Health Aides) and skilled nurses for per diem work.

The Manager will have strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire and team of recruiters.  Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.  Must have minimum 3 years of managerial / recruiting experience in private pay home health care.
