Director of Finance

Established NYC company is seeking a Director of Finance to join their team.  The Director of Finance will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the finance department’s operations.
• Work with the CEO and VP of Operations on company strategy and provide working solutions to aid in company growth
• Review the monthly closing for the main entity and offer bookkeeping assistance to affiliated entities
• Prepare and present weekly cash forecasting and other financial reports to management for review.
• Collaborate with the design team to calculate and process weekly payroll through ADP Workforce, while overseeing human resources management.
• Evaluate and enhance accounting procedures.
• Handle tax filings with relevant reporting agencies.
• Assist the CEO with various day-to-day activities.
