Customer Service Representative – Multiple Openings!!
Our client, a leader in the warehouse and transportation industry for over 40 years, has 7 open positions for Customer Service Representatives in North Bergen, NJ. These are all direct hire positions. These positions offer a competitive pay along with numerous benefits! Hours for these positions vary, start times can be from 6:30 am to 10am working 3pm – 7pm or until finished Monday through Friday. Customer Service positions that are open include:
- Customer Service/Order Processing
- Customer Service/ Inbound
- Customer Service/ Dispatch
Requirements for these positions are:
- Strong Customer Service background (Logistics background preferred)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong Problem-Solving skills
- Computer literate, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Should like Math (numbers, reports, product codes etc.)
- Must speak, write and read English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player attitude
Responsibilities for these positions include but are not limited to:
- Accurate Inventory Control
- Recordkeeping
- Communicating with Customers via email and phone (heavy phone work)
- Resolving Customer issues
- Coordinating with warehouse staff to coordinate recounts etc.
