Customer Service Representative – Multiple Openings!!

Our client, a leader in the warehouse and transportation industry for over 40 years, has 7 open positions for Customer Service Representatives in North Bergen, NJ.  These are all direct hire positions.  These positions offer a competitive pay along with numerous benefits!  Hours for these positions vary, start times can be from 6:30 am to 10am working 3pm – 7pm or until finished Monday through Friday.  Customer Service positions that are open include:

  • Customer Service/Order Processing
  • Customer Service/ Inbound
  • Customer Service/ Dispatch

Requirements for these positions are:

  • Strong Customer Service background (Logistics background preferred)
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills
  • Computer literate, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Should like Math (numbers, reports, product codes etc.)
  • Must speak, write and read English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Player attitude

Responsibilities for these positions include but are not limited to:

  • Accurate Inventory Control
  • Recordkeeping
  • Communicating with Customers via email and phone (heavy phone work)
  • Resolving Customer issues
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff to coordinate recounts etc.
