Health & Wellness manufacturer is seeking a Contract Customer Service Manager to join their sales team. The Customer Service Manager will ensure key contract accounts are being serviced at a high level. In addition, the Customer Service Manager will manage the onboarding of new contract customers. This includes proactively monitoring, evaluating and updating the overall business plan to meet all sales and customer service objectives. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for implementing strategies and tactics with customers by working closely with key decision makers.
The qualified candidate must have a minimum 5-8 years project / account management experience in a contract manufacturing environment. Must be decisive, well organized, able to work independently, along with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be customer facing.
