Established and thriving manufacturer located in Morris County, NJ is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator.
The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Review/process incoming purchase orders
- Enter related details/information into database
- Build/maintain relationships with Sales/Customers/Internal teams
- Maintain files & reports of all incoming projects and jobs
- Work closely with Sales/Purchasing/Production to coordinate costing information for analysis and project/job cost determination
- Process/create project quotations
The Purchasing Coordinator must have costing experience and an analytical mindset. Background in manufacturing / purchasing experience preferred.
