Established and thriving manufacturer located in Morris County, NJ is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator.

The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

  • Review/process incoming purchase orders
  • Enter related details/information into database
  • Build/maintain relationships with Sales/Customers/Internal teams
  • Maintain files & reports of all incoming projects and jobs
  • Work closely with Sales/Purchasing/Production to coordinate costing information for analysis and project/job cost determination
  • Process/create project quotations

The Purchasing Coordinator must have costing experience and an analytical mindset. Background in manufacturing / purchasing experience preferred.
