Compounder

Our client, a leading cosmetic manufacturer, with a large manufacturing facility located in Western Morris County, has immediate openings for experienced Compounders 1st( 7am – 3pm) and 2nd (3pm – 11pm)shifts.

In this role you are responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing raw materials according to production formulas and specifications. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that products are manufactured consistently, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities include:

Weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients following batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Operate mixing, blending, and processing equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor batches during production to ensure quality and consistency

Document lot numbers, weights, and production data accurately

Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and workspace to comply with safety and sanitation standards

Assist with inventory of raw materials and report shortages or quality issues

Follow all company safety guidelines, including PPE use and handling of hazardous materials

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Prior experience in manufacturing, blending, or production (preferred)

Strong math and measurement skills with high attention to detail

Ability to read and follow written instructions and batch formulas

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

Pay range for these opportunities is between $20 – $25/hr dependent upon experience.
