Established Homecare agency is seeking a Clinical Executive Director for their New York City location. The Clinical Executive Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, operational management, and performance of the New York office. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality home care services, maintains regulatory compliance, and drives operational efficiency. The Clinical Executive Director provides strategic direction, supports staff development, oversees client relations, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and standards.
This role is focused on supporting the team, improving the client experience, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly responsibilities.
Key priorities include:
- leading team communication
- managing VIP and nursing client relations
- monitoring staffing and scheduling
- supporting recruitment and onboarding
- reviewing operational and clinical reports
- tracking financial performance
- maintaining compliance through QA/QAPI oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field required
- Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare operations, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of home care regulations and compliance standards (DOH preferred)
- Proven ability to manage teams, operations, and client relationships
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Active nursing license preferred
