Seeking a strong, service-focused Clinical Executive Director to work in their New York City office. This role is ideal for a hands-on healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced home care environment, builds strong teams, and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. The Clinical Executive Director will oversee daily office operations, support clinical and staffing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance across client satisfaction, service delivery, quality assurance, and financial goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the New York office team through daily communication, coaching, and problem-solving
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, client onboarding, and service delivery
- Manage VIP and nursing client relationships, including welcome, check-in, and end-of-care calls
- Partner with clinical, compliance, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor reports, documentation, visits, and quality metrics
- Support recruitment, orientation, staff engagement, and a positive office culture
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, client retention, and overall performance
- Ensure compliance with home care regulations, QA/QAPI standards, and required documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare operations, or a related setting
- Strong understanding of home care regulations and compliance standards; DOH experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and build strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Active nursing license preferred
