What You’ll Do
Cultivate and grow referral networks with hospital case managers, social workers, discharge planners, geriatric specialists, neurologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Spot new business opportunities and proactively expand our reach within the healthcare community.
Confidently communicate the value of private pay home care to professionals, clients, and families.
Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities—hosting and entertaining referral sources as needed.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to keep us strategically positioned.
Consistently hit (and surpass) referral and sales goals.
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experiences.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of proven success in healthcare sales—ideally in private pay home care.
A strong, existing network within hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to build trust fast.
A self-motivated, results-driven personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
Flexibility to entertain referral sources and actively participate in industry networking events.
