Bookkeeper

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Bookkeeper to join our Client’s team. If you’re a numbers-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows QuickBooks Online like the back of your hand, let’s talk.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage Accounts Payable (A/P) transactions using QuickBooks Online, including report generation and vendor payments.

Reconcile all bank deposits and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.

Maintain and update the Chart of Accounts for organizational accuracy and reporting.

Prepare and process monthly bill payments, and track deductions and expenses efficiently.

Balance and record financial statements, including assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses.

Oversee essential financial functions and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.

Create and manage invoices and organize account transactions, debits, and credits.

Perform general accounting and administrative duties, including making business purchases as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Solid understanding of financial processes, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Schedule is Monday – Friday up to 40 hours per week with a pay range of $25 – $29/per hr. Benefits include, PTO, Health/Dental/Vision insurance and 401k
