Job Functions:

  • Create and execute original technical design concepts and drawings in keeping with the brand and conceptual direction.   Includes seasonal concepts that are cost efficient, market right (meet marketing plans, briefs and consumer expectations) and within calendar deadlines.
  • Provide drawings, computer aided designs and – in conjunction with the sample makers – crafted samples (mockups) that detail and demonstrate new technical aspects.
  • Create a minimum of three (3) new design techniques per season.
  • Create new techniques to craft, mold and construct leather as well as new techniques to embellish and decorate new designs. In addition to Hardware concepts
  • Develop a historical library of technical design to foster design evolution.
  • Research trends through WGSN, Style.com and various high end magazines.
  • Attend weekly design meetings.
  • Assist in the selection of materials, colors and design details.
  • In conjunction with the design team attend meetings with vendors to buy or develop materials including fabrics, leathers trims, etc.
  • For each and every line introduction, assist the design team with the presentation of “story boards” and conceptual design development to management.
  • Attend post market meetings and note changes

World’s leading learning company is looking for a Sr. Technical Analyst with 5 years experience with the installation and configuration of Hyperion 9.3.1.x or higher for a global 1,000+ user environment.  This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure necessary to support a global deployment of the full Oracle/Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management suite.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage new software release schedule (evaluate, schedule, configure, test)
  • Assist with tuning of databases
  • Manage application migrations
  • Assess existing hardware footprint
  • Manage, configure and trouble shoot the Load balancers
  • Support the web applications and the respective technologies
  • Monitor CPU and memory utilization for all apps

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Accounting or Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred.

Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the pricing database, deriving and implementing effective pricing methodology and facilitating all bid/quoting activity for the company.  Those activities include communicating with the sales force, product/marketing staff and all other related contacts.

  • Review all pricing requests and propose changes as necessary to sales management
