 General administrative responsibilities include:

  • Provide all administrative support which involves prioritizing to meet strict deadlines.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling of all meetings and conference calls according to levels of importance.
  • Oversee arrangements of travel and other accommodations, including comprehensive and detailed itineraries.
  • Handle heavy volume of incoming and outgoing calls, email, and mail; keep detailed records and logs of calls when needed.
  • Handle any accounts payable involving reconciling, submitting and tracking expense reports.
  •  Maintain accurate databases electronically to include address books, files, and contacts.
  •  Handle all incoming mail and UPS shipments.

Sales support responsibilities include:

  • Provide support with promotions and providing follow up to email inquiries
  • Research clients for general presentation background and support presentation creation
  • Liaise with Marketing department to pull competitive data
  • Prepare sales and sponsorship proposals
  • Interact daily with the sales team and provide needed support

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years administrative assistance experience in a similar environment.
  • Strict and continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Must possess interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated poise, tact, judgment, and diplomacy.
  • Work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task and to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Independent distributor of controls and compressors is searching for an experienced sales person.  Candidates should have experience selling to large manufacturing/industrial plants.  In this role you will be responsible developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with the goal of increasing controls systems and hardware sales for the company.

Additional responsibilities include:
Identifying potential opportunities with existing and new customers.

Developing relationships with multiple buying influences in the customer’s organization, including executive level customers, facility managers, project managers, project engineers, plant managers, construction and purchasing.

Developing, evaluating, and discussing possible solutions with customer.
Selecting, pricing, and integrating equipment, controls, and services for each project as needed.

Determining proposal price and selling strategy.

Presenting the proposal and negotiating price, terms, and conditions with customer.
Preparing transition documents and communicating project readiness for assignment to operations team.

Providing knowledge and consultation in the form of developing facility-related solutions for the customer’s problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.

Providing marketplace feedback, including competitive information, customer expectations, industry trends, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent from four-year college or university and 4-10 years relevant experience in the controls, HVAC industry; Industrial industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.

East Coast Key Account Manager – Nutraceutical Sales

The East Coast Key Account Manager is responsible for the identification, development, and servicing of key accounts in the east coast territory for sale of scientifically supported branded ingredients, botanical extracts, fruit extracts, and vegetable extracts. 

This role involves both the management of existing customer accounts along with extensive prospecting and development of new customer accounts with the goal of expanding sales of existing and new products.  

Excellent base plus uncapped compensation plan

 

Qualifications: This individual should have a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience selling Ingredients to Supplement and Nutrition Companies. Experiencing selling to companies that sell product into the following channels is preferred: FD&M market; natural product/health food stores; multi-level marketing; complementary alternative medicine; internet/catalog sales; and other direct to consumer.

Candidates must posses the ability to creatively solve problems using analytical ability.  Extremely high energy level to work in this fast paced environment and ability to be self driven and goal oriented.  Strong communication skills a necessity.

Education & Skills: A college degree is required with a graduate degree and technical background in a related field viewed as an advantage.  Experience using CRM/SFA program to enhance sales productivity.
