Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Dynamics product technical implementer and support consultant, which may include supporting Dynamics SL and complimentary products (FRx, Crystal, SL Third Party Products, etc.)
  • Serve as the technical lead in other Client Server network applications for enterprise products supported by the Product Support team.  (CRM, Reporting Tools, etc…)  This includes a proficient knowledge of virtual server and virtual client configurations delivered via Citrix or XenApp.   (VMWare, Hyper V, Citrix/XenApp).
  • Assist in the efforts to resolve and troubleshoot issues, implement and deploy new products, support and maintain existing product versions and assist in custom report writing.

  • Command overall understanding of all business processes and workflows as well as the technology aspects of the applications used to support those processes and workflows.

  • Application support: CCMS, System & client copy, transport management, spool and job administration. The ability to maintain and improve administrative activities for all SAP servers with JAVA and ABAP stacks. Troubleshooting server and client workstations issues when they arise.
  • Performance Monitoring and Tuning: Using workload analysis to fine-tune the systems for performance across the various layers: application, database and functional support. Basis knowledge of BW object hierarchy and ETL layer. Work closely with BW team to troubleshoot ETL or query performance issues.
